If you register for a summer trip and can’t go after all, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The more advance notice you can give us, the larger the refund we can issue. Letting us know as soon as possible if you can’t come also allows us to make your spot available to someone else.
The amount of refund you are eligible for is based on the following:
If you cancel at least six weeks out from your trip’s start date, you receive a full refund minus a deposit equal to 25% of the full tuition amount. For example, if you register for a 6-day trip that costs $510, the non-refundable deposit would be $127.
If you cancel less than six but at least four weeks out, you receive a refund of 75% of the amount that remains after subtracting the initial deposit. So, if you paid $510, the total non-refundable amount becomes $222.
If you cancel less than four but at least two weeks out, you receive a refund of 50% of the total amount you paid.
After two weeks out from the trip start date, the entire tuition amount becomes non-refundable.
